Display `archived` mark in better place at Contributed Projects

Summary

At the profile page, in the Contributed Projects tab, there is a not-well-aligned UI design that looks like an UI glitch. archived mark shouldn't be there:

Improvements

We can move the archived tag to between center of the right-side columns.
