MR Changes empty state looks wrong

Found two regressions in the Changes tab of a merge request with empty diffs.

  1. The Create commit text color is not white.
  2. The alignment is wrong on clicking to the Side-by-side button.
  3. I don't remember how it was, but should the svg be rendered on the left side, but not above the text and button? 🤔
