Exclude some files from the `Danger` line count check

I think some files should be excluded from the line count check:

• locale/*/gitlab.po: I think the merge requests coming from Crowdin will always exceed the limit
• everything nested in doc/: written text wrapped at 80 chars doesn't really help a lot with line count
