Feature Proposal: Add Group Wiki

Problem to solve

Markdown documentation as found in project wikis but for groups. This will allow for a place to hold group-wide documentation that applies across projects.

Intended users

Any user belonging to a group. Typically Managers and Developers.

User experience goal

Have group-wide information readily accessible across all projects.

Proposal

Add Wiki option to Groups.
