Time limited repository access

Problem to solve

I want to give access for repository to the user but only for a limited time. The access should be denied automatically after period I set.

Proposal

Add for users permissions also a time when this permission will be valid. An option unlimited time should exist.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
