Set Proper Cache headers

As a Frontend team its also our responsibility to check that all assets (static or dynamic) are also served in the right way with the right caching headers. If we see headers not being served properly we have to bring it to the attention of specific teams. So this is mainly a research issue. This is especially important as users are doing multiple loads of pages so the better it is cached the better will be the consequetive loads (which are our priority)
