Full text search and time picker is not be available for managed-apps
Summary
Elastic stack functionality such as full text search and time picker is not available for when Managed apps namespace is selected
Steps to reproduce
Install Elastic stack on your cluster
Go to the Logs tab and select the Managed apps in the first dropdown

What is the current bug behavior?
When the Managed apps namespace is selected on the drop down the UI gracefully degrade and the functionality such as text search and time picker disappear
What is the expected correct behavior?
UI should not degrade
