Dates don't appear in graphs on contributors page

When hovering over the graph for number of commits (commits to master) in my contributors page, I can no longer see the date or any metadata. It only says "commits (x)". This has been going on for a few months.

Here is (hopefully) a screen shot of the behavior. Note the pop-up has a blank section above where it says the number of commits.
