Allow common symbols in project title

Hi,

Common symbols like ":" or "+" are not allowed in the project name. The error message states:
"Name can contain only letters, digits, emojis, '', '.', dash, space. It must start with letter, digit, emoji or ''."

Common characters like these should be allowed because they are often used in project names.
