We should move https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/spec/features/projects/import_export/import_file_spec.rb and https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/blob/master/spec/features/projects/import_export/export_file_spec.rb to gitlab-qa as both are integration tests of significant size that can cause problems such as https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/48836
