CAN WE USE PERSONAL ACCESS TOKEN TO PUSH A FILE INTO PROJECT USING CMD?

Hi, i have 2factor authentication. i need to push a file using cmd to my gitlab. when am trying to push a file it is showing access denied. can any please solve this issue?
