Support emailless sing-up and signin

Problem to solve

Now to sign up I have to provide a email. If I don't provide a email I'm refused to be signed up. And some services even disallow usage of temporary emails.

It's a very bad requirement and the software should support accounts without any email. You can assign them fake email addresses derived from usernames to ise them with git, but a user must have a choice not to provide any email.
