Allow users to add one or multiple preexisting epics to an epic board
Problem to solve
When facilitating planning at scale across many teams or groups within my organization, I want a high level view of how my epics are moving through a workflow, so that I can track and report on the progress of features and initiatives.
How might we allow users to add epics that they have previously created elsewhere to their epic board without leaving the context of the board itself?
User experience goal
Users can quickly find and add existing epics to their board without having to create new duplicates or navigate away from the board.

Add epicsbutton triggers a modal with all open epics that are in the group or subgroups but not yet appearing on the board (ie: the board is scoped and these epics don't show up in the open list or in any lists - Users can filter these epics, and click to add one or multiple epics.
- Users can then choose which list all of the selected epic(s) should be added to.
- The default list that epics will be added to is the list on the leftmost of the board, just to the right of

Track how often users add epics in this way.
