Design Update: Reorganize Threat Management Tabs

Summary

The new Alerts tab is likely to be more important for users than the current Overview tab. The plan is to rename the Overview tab as the Statistics tab and move it to the end. We will come back and create a new Overview tab later (maybe in 2021) and continue to add more detailed statistics information to the Statistics tab.

• The current Security & Compliance -> Threat Monitoring -> Overview tab will be renamed "Statistics"
• The Security & Compliance -> Threat Monitoring tabs will be reordered as follows:
  • Alerts
  • Policies
  • Statistics
• When users navigate to Security & Compliance, the default tab that is open will be the Alerts tab
