List of deploy keys as admin is empty.

Summary

I cannot delete deploy keys, since the list of deploy keys is empty.

Steps to reproduce

Go to /admin/deploy_keys as admin, see the empty list.

What is the current bug behavior?

The list of keys is empty, even though going trough a repo I get 20 »Privately accessible deploy keys«.

What is the expected correct behavior?

List the 20 »Privately accessible deploy keys«, giving me the chance to delete some.
