Enter the static site editor from the merge request page

Problem to solve

Currently there’s no option from the MR diff page to go back into the SSE to add a new commit.

User experience goal

Allow the user to enter the static site editing experience from a merge request.

Pain point

I made the change, thought I was done, and then in the MR picked up an issue. So I had to edit the file with the single-file editor to fix it up as there was no way to go back to the SSE.

Proposal

For projects configured to use the Static Site Editor, add an option in the Edit file in... on the supported files to open with Static Site Editor.

The word "configured" could be based on the presence of the SSE configuration file or determining whether the MR was created with the SSE somehow
