Add totalCount to all connection fields in GraphQL

After https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/20249 which introduces connections to GraphQL we should look into adding a totalCount field in the connection. So consumers of the API have a way to get the total number of resouces exposed in this connection.
