Create tabs widget for types of issue
Problem to solve
Context switching during any job wastes valuable time as the user tries to locate and correlate different pieces of information and data. Specifically, for incident management, responders spend a lot of checking different tools and interfaces for metrics, logs, payloads, runbooks, etc. We can make this information easier to find, sort through, and make sense of by introducing a tabular interface to incidents, that will be re-used on other issue types.
