Navigate quickly to a deep area of gitlab with minimal clicks. Users will save time and frustration attempting to get to a view that takes several clicks to get to.
Proposal
Custom navigation drop down menu in the topbar for favorited views.
What does success look like, and how can we measure that?
(If no way to measure success, link to an issue that will implement a way to measure this) Each view will have a star/favorite toggle that when toggled on, will add the view to a custom dropdown menu in the topbar, allowing the user to use on click to navigate to that view from anywhere within Gitlab.
