Vertical pagination indicator when viewing changes in MR file by file
Problem to solve
!35223 (merged) has been merged and it seems to be useful to be able to focus on a file at a time.
However, I find that I'd like to know how where I am in the list of files. I could open up the file browser, but it takes up too much screen realestate.
I wonder if something simple like could be useful.

User experience goal
The user should be able to know how many files he/she has reviewed and how many files to go.
Proposal
I suppose having vertical pagination could be useful since we're used to scrolling the page for reviews and it takes up small space. Maybe we can go so far as expanding the line to a file path on hover, but this could be the first iteration of this.
Further details
As much as I like about the file browser, I think simpler version of that could be useful in general.
