Improve Incident description content and editing experience
Problem to solve
Issue from Usability testing on the triage workflow. Dovetail Insights:
- Issue templates make the description hard to understand
- Incident description needs to be easy to update
Users add relevant details and context to the incident description at the beginning and throughout the fire fight. When there are multiple responders, all of them need to be able to quickly parse and add new information to the description. This is also where the timeline frequently lives. It needs to be easy to update.
Issue templates display weirdly with content that is auto-populated into the description of an issue. Research what information users want to have in Incidents. Consider removing issues templates from incidents
