Expose stage and build information for pipelines in GraphQL

Expose Stages and Build information as a nested resources on the pipeline types after https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/20249 is finsished

This should also allow allow filtering based on the state of the build/stage
