Problem to solve

I recently liked a snippet that someone shared with me https://gitlab.com/snippets/1728933 and want to use it on other projects in GitLab. Right now, there's no way for me to "save" it so I can access it later. I have to go find the link that was shared with me in order to get back to it. Snippets and GitHub's "gists" are very powerful when looking for code to use later on or to reference.

Further details

The goal is to be able to save the snippets to my profile for use later on.

Proposal

I propose we add the ability to "save" snippets or at the very least, show the snippets we "liked" to our profile under "snippets". This way, we can easily find them for use later on. Under "snippets", there should be a submenu with "Created" and "Liked", so it shows the snippets we've created and the ones we've liked from other people.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

Success would be if someone liked a snippet and went to their profile to find it, and it was under their "liked snippets" tab.
