Markdown not rendering in new iteration or iteration report

Steps to repro:

• Open view to create new iteration
• Type markdown
• Click "Preview"

Expected behavior:

• Clicking preview would should a preview of the markdown
• Saving the markdown description should render the markdown correctly in the iteration report view.
• If there is an error in the create/edit view, it should not follow me to the iteration report view.
