Scheduling Pipelines Wrong Time of execution?

Hello.

I'm using self hosted Gitlab 11 Version.

Yesterday i was going to try the function of scheduling pipelines, but it keeps giving me a wrong time?

It does not matter what i put i have tried custom

0 2 * * *

I even tried 41 1 * * * to see why it is adding 19 minutes but the result for that is still 02:19

Logged in SSH and verified the server time and it is correctly.

What am i missing here?
