Hide vendor name on vulnerability list when GitLab is the only scanner provider

For the Scanner column, when the only vendor is GitLab, hide the vendor name that appears below the scanner type/name.

Implementation Plan

• frontend on the project security dashboard, when the only vendor is GitLab, hide the vendor name in the scanner column
• frontend on the pipeline security tab, when the only vendor is GitLab, hide the vendor name in the scanner column
