Show more meta data in issue within an Iteration report

Problem

When viewing an iteration report, I need to see additional meta data about an issue so i can better understand its current status within the context of the iteration

Proposal

• Scope Added: The issue was added to the iteration after it was started.
• Not Completed: The issue was not closed by the time the iteration ended.
• Abandoned: The issue was included in the iteration on the start date but moved out of the iteration before the end date.
• Not In Iteration: The issue was closed during the iteration but was not assigned to the iteration
