MR Analytics: Add datepicker to filter bar

Problem

MR Analytics will be a project-level feature. Before introducing this feature, we should default to the last 12 months.

Proposal

  • Introduce a datepicker into the filter bar above our chart.
    • Default period should be last 12 months.
  • Aggregate monthly by default. Introduce day/week/month aggregations in a later iteration.
