See what parameters were set to for a pipeline run

Problem to solve

If a user has run a pipeline with customer parameters (through web UI or API), then when viewing that pipeline, users should be able to see what parameters were used.

Further details

I'm not sure putting this detail on the pipeline details page would be sufficient, or if the information needs to show up in pipeline lists as well. The former would be easy, the latter would probably be crowded with information. Perhaps it's enough to indicate that custom parameters were sent by adding a badge. If needed, hovering on the badge could show details.

Proposal

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

(If no way to measure success, link to an issue that will implement a way to measure this)
