zero width space in mailto link

I added some markdown such as: foo-bar@example.com

The link in the browser ended up being: mailto:%u200Bfoo-bar@example.com

It should be: mailto:foo-bar@example.com

%u200B is not valid to be in a url and is not expected to be there.
