Only show list of files that change on the MR > changed view.

Larger MR's have diffs that take a long time to display. Sometimes it is more important to see what files changed rather than the changes themselves.

When doing a review of a MR that has lots of changes, sometimes the view of the changes takes a very long time to generate, or times-out completely.

Proposal

Initially, only show the list of changed files and provide a second click to expand the files changes.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

Success would look like a list of changed filenames in the changes tab of the MR review screen.

Success would me measurable by giving some information on the changes tab right away rather than having to wait a couple minutes for the changes to be displayed.
