List Groups API with specific queries returns "500 Internal Server Error"

List Groups API, which is introduced in https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/groups.html#list-groups, returns "500 Internal Server Error" when the API is sent with following queries: all_available=false&statistics=true.
Steps to reproduce
The List Groups API that causes 500 Internal Server Error is as follows:
curl "http://localhost:8080/api/v4/groups?all_available=false&statistics=true" -H "Private-Token: XXX"XXX is an admin token.
What is the current bug behavior?
If I call the API, I got following response:

The request should return HTTP status code 200 and all groups information with statistics.
