Add ability to style PlantUML diagrams with external wsd or similar stylesheet

In VS Code there is this extension that has an included blue.wds stylesheet variant.

Proposal

I would like a way to use this blue style (and possibly allow other styles). Here is an example of an activity sequence in both for comparison.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

A method like in the VS Extension to extend a default style in a PlantUML diagram. Also corresponding updates to the Docs
