Display the tag name instead or in addition to the commit the pipeline has run on

We build tags for releases and instead of manually searching a pipeline for a certain release by first getting the commit we can just scroll down and read

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

Provide a list of tags after the commit SHA on the overview page and the details
