Problem to solve

Some of our runners might have some stability issues making jobs fail unexpectedly. We would like to be able to detect when a runner is in a wrong state, and that we have to do a manual action on it.

Proposal

A quick solution would be to add the runner id as a column in the jobs page of a project. So that we can see whether all jobs run on a particular runner fail.

Another solution would be to create a runners page at the project level, in the CI/CD section, showing all the runners enabled for this project, and the statuses of the X last jobs run by each runner.
