Web IDE & snippets

Snippets are creating for storing small portions of code that could later be re-used & we could support that in the Web IDE.

1. Allow snippets to be brought into the Web IDE. This could be as simple as a dropdown that lists all the users snippets.
2. Allow snippets to be created straight from the Web IDE

• This could be for the full file content or just the selected content
