Issue opened "años" ago instead "horas".(Spanish issue only)

Summary

When a issue has been opened least than a day it shows "opened X años ago" instead the word "horas" ago.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a issue in any proyect, even in the gitlab EE issue page.
  2. Look at the message when was opened.

What is the current bug behavior?

Shows años as count time.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Show horas.
