Make contributors graph width resize dynamically

Following up the recent ~"Community Contribution" in gitlab-ce!18639 which fixed the default width of the contributors graph.

Currently the width is generated correctly, but if you resize the viewport width the graph does not adjust itself automatically. The frontend code ought to listen on resize and recalculate the graph width dynamically.
