Publish JUnit integration for API Fuzzing
Problem
API Fuzzing support integration into the JUnit test framework. This is an advanced method of using the analyzer. Currently the support requires updates, documentation, and publishing to allow users access.
Proposal
The Peach API Security SDK has a JUnit integration. Make required updates to the Java integration code, publish to a package repository (preferably GitLabs), create an example project, and document the integration.
-
Update Java library with- - Changed branding
- Support latest changes (remove API Token)
-
Look into getTags (looks broken)
-
Update JUnit integration as needed, change branding - Verify works with latest JUnit 4
- Test against JUnit 5 and document if it works
-
Publish to GitLab package registry (api-fuzzing) -
Example project with JUnit integration -
Write documentation for integration - Configuration and usage
- Updating tests to use an optional proxy
- Testing to identify integration issues such as hung tests
