Project disappears from Board project list

Summary

One of our projects has mysteriously vanished from the ticket creation UI on our group board.

What is the current bug behavior?

One of our main projects in our private group is no longer visible in the Project List in the group board when adding a new project. I tried this on Gitlab and Gitlab Next with the same outcome

What is the expected correct behavior?

Show all the projects
