Email invites being auto declined
Summary
When inviting users by email and a link scanner is enabled for the email system/domain that receives the invite email, the invite will be auto declined. This happens because the "decline" link does not require any confirmation so any service that follows links in emails will decline the invite on the users behalf.
Steps to reproduce
- Invite a user by email
- Email service used by user scans every link in email which will decline the invite
What is the current bug behavior?
The user invite by email will automatically be declined
What is the expected correct behavior?
There needs to be a confirmation dialog when clicking the decline link from the email to stop link scanners from automatically declining the invite.
