Improve iterations list view

Problem to solve

• You can't see the status of an iteration within the list view
• You can't see a quick progress snapshot within the list view
• It may be confusing when viewing a report inherited from a parent group

Proposal

• Show Iteration status from the list view. For the "Open" tab, it should just be "In Progress" and "Upcoming"
• Should we change the "closed" tab to "done"?
• Show progress bar for each iteration with three states: Unstarted, In Progress, Done
• Show completion counts for each iteration
• Indicate the canonical source of the iteration

Considerations

• It may be worth mocking up a few steps ahead. We will need to show "Velocity" on the list view as well. This is outside of each iteration and will be calculated by looking at total weight delivered over n previous iterations.
