Selecting avatar for a project loads the wrong image
Summary
Selecting an image for the avatar then saving, then selecting a different image file with the same filename, but in a different folder, and then saving does not cause the new image to be used.
Steps to reproduce
Go into settings. Select image, e.g. avatar.jpg then save. Select a different image with the same name, e.g. avatar.jpg and save again. The image does not change, and it uses the original selected image file.
