BS4: Active status for MRs list is gone

Before BS4 update, in the merge request page, when I opened an MR in a new tab, the opened MR would get an underline style:

and now it never shows the underline:

This is minor but super useful when picking into the prep branches. I'd know exactly which was the last I'd opened and now I have to keep refreshing the page.
