Filter on jobs page in admin area

Problem to solve

The current jobs page in admin area get so many pages if you have a lot of jobs there and if admin wants to find few specific jobs, there's no filter at all. It becomes hard to get the specific jobs.

Further details

This will enable administrators to find specific projects jobs, runners jobs, environments jobs more easily. (Include use cases, benefits, and/or goals)

Proposal

We can have the filters there which will filter the result accordingly. We can categorize the result on the basis of projects, environments, status, runner etc.

What does success look like, and how can we measure that?

(If no way to measure success, link to an issue that will implement a way to measure this)
