Admin Area > Jobs: display totals in a different way

Description

In the admin area I regularly look at the jobs section to see how the infrastructure is doing; are there many jobs pending etc. Both "All" and "Finished" have a counter next to them displaying "1,000+" which is highly uninformative given that we are closer to 50,000 then to 1,000.

Proposal

Given that the counter only goes up to 1,000 I would just leave it out or replace with something like: "50K+". Secondly, at the moment it is quite tricky to find out if a runner is failing all the jobs it gets (due to it being misconfigured or out of disk space for instance), so perhaps a tab for recently failed jobs would help.
