GitLab button in VSCode

Everyone can contribute. Help move this issue forward while earning points, leveling up and collecting rewards.

We saw in the announcement of MS's acquisition of GH that VSCode is getting a dedicated GH button. Given we are big fans of VSCode and it's an open source project, I suggest we try to contribute an equivalent GitLab button.

We should base it on Fatih's GitLab extension.
