Group issues by label within the iteration report

Problem

Many teams use labels to denote which team is responsible for which issue. When looking at an Iteration report, it is impossible to see issues that have my team's label.

Job Story

when viewing an Iteration report from within a group, I want to see the issues grouped by labels, so that I can get a more accurate understanding of scope attributable to each label that has issues assigned to the given iteration.

Proposal

  • Include a "group by" selector above the issue list that allows me to select "labels".
  • Show the issues grouped by their respective labels.
  • Allow the end-user to add/remove label(s) that they want to group issues by.

Release notes

Issues within an iteration report can now be grouped by labels. This provides teams with a way to view progress during an iteration segmented by the many dimensions that labels are often used to represent.
