Ability to add an url to display on a group's page

Description

Hey there, moving a github organization to a gitlab group and there is no way to add an url on the homepage of the group to allow people to know what's the group's website when they are visiting the group homepage.

Proposal

In the group's settings add a field for a custom url

On the group's homepage show this url as a clickable link.
