An error occurred while fetching folder content

This issue is similar to #36864 (closed) (#36864 (comment 370428500)) It says the issue is closed but I am not sure if this was resolved? hence raising again.
I am located in Brisbane Australia. For the past few weeks while browsing the project dashboard on my PC I get this message "An error occurred while fetching folder content". Al my projects on all browsers I tried (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)face the same issue. Clearing browsing data or going incognito did not help. Each time I try login I get this warning email "Your git account was signed in to from a new location". I don't have this issue when I use a browser on my Mac though. The VPN clients on PC (Forticlient) and Mac(Cisco AnyConnect) are different, can this be a reason?
